Boris Johnson confirms that all legal COVID-19 restrictions in England will end on July 19

All legal coronavirus restrictions including mask-wearing, social distancing and nightclub closures will end at Step 4 of the government’s plan to ease England’s lockdown, which is expected to be on July 19. Boris Johnson also announced that the government will reduce vaccine dose intervals from 12 weeks to 8 weeks for people under 40.
