CNNIC's 40th report: Chinese netizens reached 751 million, and mobile phones accounted for 96.3%

As of June 2017, the number of Chinese Internet users has reached 7.1 billion, accounting for one fifth of the total number of Internet users worldwide. At the same time, the Internet penetration rate in China is 54.3%, which is 46% higher than the global average.
